Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online technical and non-technical support to clients, maintaining customer satisfaction, and resolving customer issues using available resources.

Qualifications
  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Online Support and Technical Support skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear and concise instructions
  • Aptitude to learn technical concepts quickly and ability to troubleshoot technical problems
  • Attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Executive or similar role preferred
