Requirement & Responsibilities - Hands on experience in setting up EMS tools and analyzing reports generated from EMS tools
- Experience in understanding and analyzing various log formats from various sources
- Understanding of network traffic and be able to analyze network traffic introduced by malware.
- Thorough understanding of Windows and Linux Internals.
- Experience in conducting trend analysis, analyzing threats, detecting host and network-based nonconformity against the defined conformed controls.
- Experience in interpreting the information collected by network tools (e.g. N ping, ipconfig, traceroute, tracert, nslookup, netstat, hostname, etc.)
- Competancy to provide highly specialized technical advice concerning configuration and implementation of metric gathering methodology for monitoring IT facility equipment, applications and services and implementation
- Experience to Design, build, and implement network systems, identify and perform required configuration changes
- Must have a good understanding of monitoring architecture, topologies, information technologies service management (ITSM) bets practices and Application / Infrastructure monitoring best practices.
- Liaise with the L2 support personnel for the call information and resolution
- Provide daily summary reports of events and activity as relevant to the existing practices
- Experience to troubleshoot network, systems, and application performance system when necessary and provides empirical data and recommendations to improve performance
Requirements - Minimum 10 years' experience with 5+ years in Enterprise Management System.
