Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Luxury World Tours located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, meeting sales targets, providing training to junior sales staff, and developing and implementing sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Proven track record in Sales with experience in Sales Management
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions for Sales teams
  • Adept at using CRM and other Sales tools to track progress and generate reports
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
