Recruit candidates for niche skills specifically from software product firms Be Avalara's brand ambassadors with potential hires and the software community Screen candidates in line with the global culture at Avalara Remain up to date on new tools , technologies & industry trends Ensure best candidate experience in line with Avalara's culture Be a global citizen and work along with colleagues across US , UK & Europe Partner with hiring managers to minimise hiring cycle time , yet ensure quality of hires Preferred skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or human resources, communications, marketing, business, or related field Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Two or more years of experience in IT or technical recruiting in niche product firmsJob tags
