Job description
Network L1/ SD Technical Support Engineer
• Should have L1 support experience for Networkl domain.
• Should have experience in basic AD-User ID management.
• Work as L1 engineer of Service Desk Support team (Infrastructure & Application support)
• Must be flexible for 24*7 rotational shifts.
• Experience on Monitoring and ticketing tool
• Good to have L1 Exp with Network.
• Good knowledge on ITIL process or should be willing to learn and acquire.
• Flexible to stretch the shifts ( in case of need)
