Principal Accountabilities (Role & responsibilities)

• Should have experience in designing of ground mounted solar projects.
• Experience in reviewing Specification and Overall Design of utility scale solar Project.
• Experience in working of HV/EHV/DC Systems.
• Experience in analyzing project requirements, generating conceptual schemes and executing design solutions.
• Experience in working for large project within defined scheduled.
• Oversee Electrical Design of the Project.
• Prepare project proposals with budgeting, effort estimations and timeline.
• Managing Electrical Design and Engineering end to end.
• Manage project by setting requirements, goals, and timelines with engineering department and budget.
• Design strategies for future projects based on company's overall objectives and resources.
• Be good at planning & layouts with accurate system sizing calculations.
• Create electrical Single line diagrams, panel schedules or connection diagrams for solar electrical systems using CAD, PvSyst, Google Sketch up.
• Run Reports for system design and purchase estimates.
• Develop optimal design with SLD, PML, Conduit and wire scheduling, routing and equipment’s plan and conceptual 3-D renderings.
• Prepare BOM based on system specifications and proposed design.
• Execute designs that adhere to grid compliances and permitting requirements.
• Shadow reports.
• Qualification/Competencies:

4.1 Educational qualifications BE/B.Tech in Electrical
4.2 Experience Minimum 6+ Years
4.3 Preferred Industries Solar
4.2 Competencies/skills : Capability of working under pressure & achieve targets based on

the guidelines of the companies’ goals.
 Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
 Should have good knowledge and hands on experience of MS
Office.
 Should have knowledge of PvSyst, Google Sketchup, Auto CAD,
Helios.
 Ability to build strategic and long term relationships.
 Willing to travel locally within Gujarat.
 Candidates having experience in Ground Mounted Solar will be
preferred.
 Ability to market the brand and ensure customer satisfaction.
 Techno-commercial candidate may add advantage.
