The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with clients in order to understand their objectives & develop business on staffing. This candidate will be able to provide creative staffing solutions and deliver these solutions using strong presentation skills. Additionally, they should have experience in managing people and Client .

Responsibilities : Laurate LLC is growing and seeking to add few experienced Sales & Business Development Executive/Account Director for the USA market working from India.

How You Will Make an Impact: Bring new ideas, make recommendations, and develop growth strategies to lay the groundwork for this exciting next step in the company’s growth. Continually build a strong sales pipeline of well qualified revenue opportunities. Develop strong relationships with consultants for consultant care and lead generation. Be a brand ambassador and help drive Laurate's vision, goals, and strategies. Be a strategic partner to C-suite clients and become our enterprise clients’ go-to partner for technology talent solutions, thought leadership, and market intelligence.

What we are looking for: Strong experience within the IT staffing, recruiting, and/or consulting domain in a similar role (Business Development, Account Manager, Client Executive etc). Previous experience as a Technical Recruiter is preferred but not required. Experience managing multiple enterprise-level accounts Experience generating new business development though effective prospecting, networking, and cold calling. Consultative mindset and demonstrated expertise to a solution-based approach to selling. Relationship-first approach to developing rapport and gaining trust with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain a growth mindset, take independent initiative, and also work in a highly collaborative manner with management and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of talent solutions. Minimum of 4 to 10 years of experience in the field of recruitment business development. Work closely with Executive Director's and HR Recruitment team to fill the client requirement as soon as possible Alignment with Laurate's core values and culture. Build and maintain client relationships Uncover client's needs, desires and objectives and craft a creative solution that aligns with these needs Clearly communicate client's objectives with colleagues and drive development of timely fulfill of open positions Provide strategic analysis to help shape client's business growth and cost saving staffing model

Qualifications Bachelor's degree 10+ years of experience Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships Strong presentation skills Experience in managing people and teams Possess a creative mindset
