Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

· Provide support to Trainers and Users of various platforms

· Collect, solve and streamline incidents and requests from the Cloud Labs user community. 

· Work with a cross functional team of development and delivery resources, supporting and automating classroom environments.

· Work proactively and collaboratively with consumers of the Cloud Labs automation framework to provision and deprovision environments.  

· Foster relationships with key stakeholders helping to establish strategic insight into growth and maintenance of the automation platform.

· Design and document solutions to common issues. Analyze incidents and work to elevate how to reduce common issues by creating knowledge articles and instance improvements.

· Manage and deliver communications with key stakeholders.

· Provide continual assessment and improve program effectiveness and quality.

Qualifications

Skills and experience required for this role:

· Development background in scripting with a focus on JavaScript.

· Experience in how to innovate, design and improve processes.

· ServiceNow Platform, Cloud Management, and Orchestration experience.

· Amazon Web Services and Azure experience.

· Strong Linux and Linux Scripting experience.

· Windows and PowerShell scripting.

· Self-motivated working Independently or collaborative.

· Self-seeker looking for ways to innovate and improve current standards.

· Organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Familiar with key performance indicators (KPI) and how to design reports.

· Ability to manage project deadlines and tasks.
