Job description

We are looking for a customer service associate to join our team and help us deliver excellent service and support to our customers. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, processing customer orders, and providing information about our products and services.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, such as MS Office, CRM, and POS
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

Your main duties will include:

• Responding to customer calls, emails, chats, and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate and relevant information about our products and services to customers
• Processing customer orders, payments, returns, and exchanges
• Resolving customer complaints and issues, and escalating them when necessary
• Maintaining customer records and updating them as required
• Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Location : Ahmedabad

Salary : 15k to 25k (As per Interview) + If your Interview is impactful then the salary bracket can be negotiable...

Shift : Day, Night & Rotational too
