Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design a wide range of visual materials including but not limited to: Print collateral (brochures flyers posters etc.)
• Digital assets (web graphics social media visuals email templates etc.)
• Presentations and multimedia content
• Branding materials (logos brand guidelines etc.)

1. Work closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives target audience and messaging requirements.
2. Translate conceptual ideas into visually engaging designs that adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.
3. Collaborate with copywriters marketers and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective communication through visual elements.
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
5. Stay updated on industry trends design tools and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
6. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers offering constructive feedback and helping them develop their skills.
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
• years of professional experience as a graphic designer preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design concepts to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and impactful designs.
• Experience with motion graphics video editing or 3D design is a plus.

Preferred candidates from Advertising Marketing or creative agencies only.

Working days Mon to Fri (9.30am to 6.30pm)
