Job description
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation, managing project timelines and schedules effectively.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed, maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of sugar factory equipment and systems.
Support the continuous improvement of project management tools and processes.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
Liaise with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
