Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Support Specialist at Ocean Clicks Outsourcing Pvt Ltd located in Ahmedabad. The International Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales team in pursuing global clients and will work closely with key stakeholders to develop strategies and materials to facilitate successful sales outcomes. This will include analyzing client requirements, making recommendations, and working with colleagues across the organization to customize solutions for clients. Qualifications International Sales and International Business skillsProven experience in Sales Operations and Customer ServiceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with global clients and internal stakeholdersAbility to analyze client requirements, identify needs, and make recommendationsStrong negotiation and closing skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldExperience in working with a global sales team and with CRM tools is a plusFluency in additional languages is also a plus The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
