Out Client a leading Baby Products Online E-commerce Trading company located at Ahmedabad requires:
Position: Customer care executive
Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 years in Customer Service
Job timing: 9:30 AM to 06:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Gender: Any
Job Details - Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
- Manage of incoming/outgoing calls
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunction.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Other duties as assigned.
Who will be a good fit for this role:- A candidate having experience in Customer Care - Calling or Chat process only having very good English communication skills.
