As a member of our Private Equity team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role An AVP Product Manager in Product Management operates under the leadership and mentorship of a product manager and is a part of team of product managers and analysts. Responsibilities include:
- Project Execution
- with the Technology and Business teams, support product strategy implementation
- create and ensure quality project deliverables
- perform data gathering activities to support new product business cases
- participate functional requirements gathering sessions with the Business subject matter experts and manage a backlog of new or enhancement requests
- participate in planning and coordinate integration Quality Assurance testing.
- contribute to readiness activities, including product communications, support and training
- maintain tracking of User Acceptance Testing with the Business and Technology Teams
- coordinate and monitor release roll-out
- produce product development status and adoption to be shared with Management and Stakeholders
- Strategic Planning
- participate in sessions with Business and Technology teams to prioritize product enhancements
- Participate in sessions with Technology on tool selection, resource allocation and timing estimates
- contribute to the development of 1 and 3 Year roadmaps and annual budget plans
- Product Development
- maintain, develop and share industry knowledge: market, competitor, technology
- help evaluate ideas and present to Management for consideration in strategic planning
- Strategy Alignment
- maintain an awareness of other Product teams on strategic priorities and approaches
- support efforts with the Business to maintain updated product offering descriptions
- measure and, with the Business, promote strategic solution adoption
- Product Marketing
- relay subject matter expertise to Business teams and internal Stakeholders
- provide demonstrations and support proofs of concept to help Sales attract new clients
- support the marketing and Public Relations strategies for the product
