Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Professional. The Client Service Professional will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and retaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer service, and managing finances.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and retain customer relationships
• Ability to ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication
• Basic knowledge of finance and budget management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
• knowledge of advertising and events
