Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Grow Team:

Recruit and mentor a skilled tech team, guiding developers in various technologies towards project goals. Oversee Development:

Ensure high-quality coding and adherence to best practices in development. Manage DevOps:

Oversee DevOps for efficient, secure deployments. Deployment Leadership:

Ensure fast, reliable release cycles and optimal performance. Ensure Product Quality:

Lead the creation of globally impactful, high-quality products. Guide Tech Strategy:

Shape our technology strategy, incorporating new trends and innovative solutions. Integrate Suppliers:

Use knowledge of GDS, NDC, and LCC APIs to improve offerings.

Qualifications:

Experience:

At least 2 years in tech leadership and team management. Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related. Tech Skills:

Solid software development and engineering background, with knowledge of DevOps. Industry Insight:

Experience with high-quality global products and travel industry's GDS, NDC, LCC APIs. Leadership:

Strong leadership to inspire and manage a tech team. Problem-Solving:

Excellent analytical skills and creativity in solving problems. Communication:

Great at explaining technical details to all stakeholders.
