Responsibilities - Content Creation: Develop high-quality, technical content for various platforms, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, product documentation, website copy, and other marketing collateral.
- Technical Expertise: Understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our Data Intelligence Platform, translating complex concepts into clear, concise, and compelling content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, technologies, data management practices, and related topics to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with business objectives, target audience needs, and the marketing funnel.
- SEO Optimization: Incorporate SEO best practices into content creation, ensuring that content is optimised for search engines and drives organic traffic to our website.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for grammar, style, and clarity, ensuring that all content adheres to Segumento's brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Content Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to promote content through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and industry partnerships.
- Technical Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, user guides, and product manuals to assist users in effectively utilising the Segumento.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by producing insightful content that positions Segmento as a leader in the data intelligence industry.
- Content Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimise content strategy and improve audience engagement.
Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free content.
