Job Title – Senior Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter
Location – Kalyani Nagar, Pune (Work From Office Only)
Shift Timing – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST / 12 Noon to 9 PM IST / 6:00 PM to 3 AM IST (As needed)
Openings – 2. (1 from the Data Annotation, AI / ML consulting industry & 1 from Recruitment Process Outsourcing / Staffing industry).

Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Senior Sales Development Representative + Appointment Setter role at Qualitas Global at Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
This Sales Development Representative (SDR) + Appointment Setter would be responsible for outbound sales outreach, prospecting & lead qualifying right from the initial stages of a sales pipeline, including finding & initiating contact with potential customers & educating them about our services.
This candidate will generate leads, interact with potential customers, nurture qualified leads, set appointments & help the CEO in closing the sale.
Required Skills
§ Strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures.
§ Proven business development success through effective use of research on multiple platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social media, online communities/forums & others.
§ Expert in qualifying prospects & cold calling.
§ Flawless English language skills, the ability to create a great first impression about the brand.
§ Ability to run email campaigns as well as send out personalized emails & hold intelligent & engaging conversations over the phone & email.
§ Be the Subject Matter Expert on our services. (Training would be provided).
§ Previous experience in tracking & analysing key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the lead generation efforts & make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
§ Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals & key deliverables.
§ Proven ability to perform successfully given low oversight. Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member.
§ Drive, Grit, Hustle & a strong desire to compete & win while bringing new ideas into the company.
§ Ability to visit conferences & exhibitions world-wide would be an additional advantage.
