Job description
Position: Key Accounts Executive
Location: Agra
- Direct coverage of all Modern Trade stores in region (N, E, W, S), ensuring In-Store execution
- Cover geographic area spread across multiple cities including outstation working
- Maintain self-journey plan and ensure self-beat working
- Ensuring that all promotion communications are properly done
- Executing paid or non-paid secondary space in the store in best possible place
- Ensuring fill rate for physical MT retailers
- Ensure monitoring, recruitment, training, working of in-store sales promoters/healthy skin advisors/beauty advisors
- Interact with local/regional category persons of all retailers (National/regional/Local)
- Evaluating competitor's footprint in the product domain.
- Any other additional responsibility as assigned by the Reporting Manager
- Professionally effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales
- Develop the sales and business mix from the individual accounts
- Maintain accurate current database including sales secondary tracking
- Provide weekly/monthly schedule of planned activities.
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
