Job description
Responsibilities:**
1. Utilize extensive knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools to streamline sales processes and enhance team efficiency.
2. Demonstrate expertise in ad sales leveraging industry insights to capitalize on advertising opportunities and drive revenue growth.
3. Lead and manage the endtoend lead management process ensuring timely and effective communication with potential clients.
4. Implement and optimize sales processes maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
5. Foster a highperformance sales team through coaching mentoring and providing guidance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
6. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
7. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead in the dynamic sales landscape.
8. Establish and nurture relationships with key clients ensuring longterm partnerships and customer satisfaction.
9. Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance contributing to datadriven decisionmaking.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
2. Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in sales management.
3. Proficiency in using various CRM tools to enhance sales operations.
4. Advantageous to have experience in ad sales demonstrating an understanding of advertising industry dynamics.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize sales processes.
8. Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
9. Adaptability to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
