Job description

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting & Finance

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in

• Experienced in accounts payable function

• Data entry experience with excellent accuracy level

• Excellent Reporting skills and proficiency in excel.

• Working exposure with Microsoft Navision is added advantage

• Good communication skills for internal and external stakeholders

• Planning and organizing skills

• Accurate and disciplined, uses a structured approach in work

• Performing accounts payable function of all the locations and other associated activities

• Assisting in month end closure ensuring all provisions made accurate as per company policy

• Reconciliation of AR & AP for intercompany and other group company reconciliation.

• Support in budget preparations & workings

• Supporting billing team in rising Invoices

• Vendor payable reconciliation & uploading the payments to treasury

• Sound knowledge & working experience of GST filings & compliance

• Knowledge of all the statutory compliances such as TDS, PF, PT etc

• Ensuring maintenance of records and documentation

• Assisting Statutory audit and Internal audit teams as and when required

• Assisting management on adhoc requirements

• You will report to the Finance Manager in India

• You will have several global colleagues to exchange knowledge
