Job Overview
We are hiring a Travel Advisor to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, providing itineraries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in travel arrangements and itinerary planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good convincing skills and ability to sell travel packages
- Confidence in dealing with customer queries and concerns
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and software
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and attractions
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel arrangements
- Provide recommendations and itineraries based on clients' preferences and budget
- Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for clients
- Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate information
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and personalized service
- Promote and upsell travel packages and additional services
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends and destination information
