Qualification:

• Master's degree with at least 55% marks (by recognized University).
• PHD degree in concerned relevant discipline.
• Associate professor / Professor with a total experience of at least 15 years of teaching.
• Candidates currently working in Tamilnadu State University/Govt College/Govt Aided College are only eligible to apply.
• Candidates from History, Botany, Zoology and chemistry department can alone apply for the position.

Responsibilities:

• Community engagement: Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and individuals to enhance the reputation and visibility of the college.
• Compliance and regulations: Ensure that the college complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Crisis management: Respond to emergencies and crises in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the safety and well-being of students, faculty, and staff.
• Strategic planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies for the growth and development of the college, including securing funding, expanding programs, and attracting students.
