Overview:
The role of a Real Estate Sales Agent is crucial to our organization as they are responsible for representing and promoting properties to potential buyers. They play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers.
- Present properties and provide information about features current market conditions and property values.
- Advise clients on market conditions prices mortgages legal requirements and related matters.
- Promote sales through advertisements open houses and listing services.
- Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of the property.
- Negotiate and finalize purchase agreements and contracts.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in real estate business or related field.
- Valid real estate agent/broker license.
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
- Strong understanding of property marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of local real estate market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales and property transactions.
