Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pre-Sales Manager with a background in staffing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the pre-sales process, developing effective strategies to showcase our staffing solutions, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, staffing industry knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: -
- Develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies to showcase our staffing services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align pre-sales activities with overall business goals.
- Act as a key point of contact for potential clients during the pre-sales process.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the value proposition of our staffing solutions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the proposed solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or a related role within the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of staffing solutions, recruitment processes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a pre-sales team.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
