Hybrid Working

Introduction
The Corporate Payment Resiliency program are in need of a business analyst to support the delivery of payment contingent processes to meet key regulatory obligations to avoid intolerable harm for our clients in the event of a widespread technology outage. The business analyst will work closely with stakeholders, business units and application teams across different area of the organisation to elicit requirements, maintain traceability, define test scenarios and support business readiness for the contingent processes being delivered by the program.
What will you be doing - Lead the elicitation of the business requirements for the payment contingent solutions from stakeholders and business units (IBSs) with a dependency on the service for their own contingent processes
- Lead the analysis of failure scenarios to identify when and how the contingent process will be utilised in different outage events, and understand the impact of those scenarios on the contingent processes ability to prevent/minimise intolerable harm to the bank and clients
- Work closely with the application delivery teams to review use stories, designs and test plans, ensuring they align to the program's contingent process business requirements and high-level design
- Work closely with the operations teams to identify and help define business readiness deliverables for the contingent processes
- Understand the contingent processes being delivered by the various IBSs and MSOs across the organisation and any dependency/impact they will have on the payments contingent process
What We're Looking For - Experience in a business analyst/product owner role on a complex technical change/integration program
- Payments domain knowledge is essential
- Risk Management and problem solving skills are essential
- Experience presenting to upper management
Skills That Will Help You In The Role - Experience in resiliency, recovery and infrastructure build programs preferred
- Experience of technology delivery in a financial environment preferred
