Role and Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader in field sales you will be responsible for managing the overall functioning of the sales team. Your key duties will include:

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the company s customer base and strengthen its presence in the market.
• Achieving growth and meeting sales targets by effectively managing the team and assessing their strengths and weaknesses.
• Organizing sales visits for existing leads identifying and selling to potential prospects and maintaining strong client relationships to build business.
• Identifying new business opportunities through the discovery of potential channels and partnerships.
• Establishing contact and nurturing relationships with prospects as well as recommending and upselling appropriate solutions.
• Providing support information and guidance to clients and suggesting improvements to enhance profitability and services.
• Managing the sales process using specific software programs.

Candidate Qualifications:
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in sales along with strong leadership and communication skills. An ideal applicant should hold a bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in sales management.
