Roles:

Collaborate strategically with managers.
Estimate costs and manage event budgets.
Oversee events from conception to completion.
Organize workflows, ensuring timely execution.
Work closely with client servicing and production teams.
Demonstrate expertise in corporate events (ATL and BTL).
Plan and coordinate events, from brief to execution.
Manage vendors and venue logistics.
Resolve issues promptly during production.
Supervise and evaluate production personnel.
Source venues, vendors, and talent, building and overseeing budgets.
Collaborate on creative aspects with internal teams.
Create essential event materials and documentation.
Manage on-site teams with defined roles.
Adaptability to perform various assigned duties.
