Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Proven track record in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
- Knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, and referrals
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess the suitability of candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Provide recruitment support to clients, including managing job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate and job-related data in our recruitment database
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition
