Location : Manikonda, Hyderabad, TelanganaMode of Work : HybridExperience : 8 - 10 years onlyNotice : Immediate - 10 days onlyMode of Work : HybridCTC : 16-30lakhs per annumRounds of Interview :Round - 1: Techno-Managerial discussionRound - 2: ClientNote: React Developer (Frontend) with Python development (Backend). Not Python scripting. Position Overview :As a Full Stack Web Developer at ATMECS, you will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of our web applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with our Backend systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, scalable architecture, and staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices.Responsibilities :Frontend Development :Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React.jsCollaborate with UX/UI designers to implement designs and wireframesOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designsTroubleshoot and debug Frontend issues.Stay updated with emerging Frontend technologies and best practices.Backend Development :Design, develop, and maintain Python-based Backend services and APIsImplement secure authentication and authorization mechanismsIntegrate Frontend components with Backend servicesWrite efficient, reusable, and reliable codeCollaborate with the team to define and implement Backend architectureConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Database Management :Design and optimize database schemasImplement data migration, transformation, and scriptingEnsure data security, integrity, and availabilityWork with SQL and NoSQL databases as needed (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Collaboration and Communication :Work closely with cross-functional teams (including Design, Product, and QA) to deliver high-quality softwareParticipate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesCommunicate project status, challenges, and solutions effectivelyMentor junior developers and contribute to a positive team culture.Qualifications:Technical Skills :Proficiency in React.js for FrontEnd developmentStrong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context APISolid knowledge of Python for BackEnd developmentFamiliarity with BackEnd frameworks such as Django or FlaskExperience designing and developing RESTful APIsKnowledge of database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL)Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)Understanding of software testing principles (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing)Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus.Soft Skills :Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for learning and adapting to new technologiesAbility to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlinesContinuous drive for improvement and self-motivation.Education and Experience :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)3+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web DevelopmentProven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable web applicationsPortfolio of projects demonstrating proficiency in React and PythonCertifications (e.g., AWS, React, Django) are a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
