Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Mumbai. Mondays and Fridays is a must in office. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing campaigns, creating social media content, managing social media channels and implementing digital marketing strategies.You'll collaborate with other teams to ensure content quality and creativity, as well as manage post scheduling. Additionally, you'll actively work on content optimization and quality improvement through feedback, testing, and data analysis, helping to refine the company's content workflows for social media.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 3 years of minimum experience in social media management and content creation.
• Social media marketing and social media content creation skills
• Digital marketing and marketing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of design and visual aesthetics
• Experience in the media production industry is a plus
• Proven track record of successfully executing social media strategies and achieving growth targets.
• Experience in using social media analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy.
• Familiarity with advertising and marketing principles is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet deadlines
