JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Take the lead to the implementation of DMS (Distributor Management Software) at all distributors in Zone.
· Checking of distributor’s claims with monthly scheme circular, secondary sales through DMS, and SOPs issued by company from time to time.
· Should have knowledge of Price structure (Mark-up pricing & Markdown pricing working)
· Should have Knowledge of Scheme calculation - Primary & Secondary scheme in Mark-up pricing.
· Follow up with sales team & Distributor for pending claims on a monthly basis
· Follow up with distributor and Sales team for Pure Nil claim certificate on a Quarterly basis. Resolve pending claim issues of distributors.
· Preparing monthly Provision file and maintaining trackers of claim processing.
· Checking of Distributors, Sub-stockiest, Wholesale, and OFO outlets target submitted by the Sales team for quarterly channel program as per SOP. Preparing Calculation of incentive Pay-out as per company SOP.
· Periodical Reconciliation of Promo items operated in trade
· Analysis of the Brand wise trade spends
· Checking and processing damaged and expired stock claims, coordination with outsourced agencies for physical check and settlement of it
· Analysing monthly cost for VAN operation in rural markets, checking and settlement of claims
· Monitoring of RDSM requirement and resignation, their monthly market working and payout of RDSM subsidy and Incentives to the distributor as per company policy.
· Distributor audit and ROI computation
· Submission of MIS reports related to market spending and settlement of claims
· Replying to Auditor’s Queries
· Maintaining Tracker for contractual spending in Trade and Markets
CRITICAL SKILLS
· In-depth knowledge and rich experience in handling Market Claims, AR management, and Reconciliation
· Hands-On ERP knowledge and operation knowledge in SAP SD & FICO Module
· Min 5 Years Experience in Market Claim Settlement, Market Audit, Accounts Receivables, and General Accounting in FMCG cos.
· Hands-on knowledge on GST, TCS, and TDS
· Self motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
PREFERRED CANDIDATES
· Handling Market claims and Receivables account of GT Business Operation in FMCG Cos like Dabur / Godrej / Marico / Reckitt etc.
· Minimum: 5 years Experience
