Job Overview

We are hiring a Travel Advisor to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, providing itineraries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India with an employment duration of Junior (1 to 3 years).

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record in travel arrangements and itinerary planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good convincing skills and ability to sell travel packages
  • Confidence in dealing with customer queries and concerns
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and software
  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations and attractions

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel arrangements
  • Provide recommendations and itineraries based on clients' preferences and budget
  • Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for clients
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and personalized service
  • Promote and upsell travel packages and additional services
  • Stay up-to-date with travel trends and destination information
  • Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business
