Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and creative lead generation specialist to join our sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for driving our lead generation campaigns, generating new leads to increase brand awareness, and creating fresh lead generation tactics according to customers' needs. You will also follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential customers for staffing. You will manage our leads to ensure consistent site traffic growth, maintain our lead databases and track lead sources, and submit marketing and sales pipeline reports.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of SEO and social selling, and a passion for finding new opportunities. You should also be able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members, and use CRM and other automation tools effectively.
Requirements
- Prospect leads through relevant channels
- Qualify leads by levels of interest
- Coordinate lead gen campaigns with marketing and sales
- Research prospective customers to identify lead channels
- Create and curate content for inbound lead channels
- Initiate cold calls, emails, and other outbound communications
- Manage leads in the sales pipeline
- Organize lead data with CRM tools
- Collaborate with SDM to develop and implement sales strategies
- Submit marketing and sales pipeline reports
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within India.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field (AI, VR, Information Technology, product scope can expand…)
- Adept in using CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage pipeline and documentation
- Good English and Dutch (optional)
- Proven experience as a lead generation specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO and social selling
- Ability to create and curate engaging content
- Experience with CRM and other automation tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
