Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Human Resources Trainer to join our team. The Regional HR Trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our HR teams across various locations. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and training delivery skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop training materials: Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, handouts, and multimedia visual aids, to support HR training programs.
Conduct training sessions: Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions for HR staff at regional locations, covering topics such as employee relations, performance management, recruitment, diversity and inclusion, and compliance.
Facilitate learning: Employ various instructional techniques and delivery methods to engage participants and facilitate effective learning experiences, including classroom training, virtual sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
Evaluate training effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes.
Stay updated: Stay informed about changes in HR laws, regulations, and best practices, and incorporate relevant updates into training content to ensure compliance and relevance.
Provide support: Offer ongoing support and guidance to HR teams, addressing their training needs, questions, and concerns, and serving as a resource for HR-related inquiries.
Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with HR leaders, managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and align training initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
Travel: Travel to various regional locations to deliver training sessions and provide on-site support to HR teams as needed.
