Job description

• Acting as the point of contact among executives employees clients and other external partners.
  

• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  
• Managing executives calendars and setting up meetings.
  
• Making travel and accommodation arrangements.
  
• Tracking daily expenses and preparing weekly monthly or quarterly reports.
  
• Overseeing the performance of other clerical staff.
  
• Acting as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
  
• Formatting information for internal and external communication memos emails presentations reports.
  
• Taking minutes during meetings.
  
• Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence.
  
• Organizing and maintaining the office filing system.
  

Requirements

EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS Most important requirement. Do not hire without this skill. All other skills we can train her into. Follow up skills she should have.
Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.
Good command over English.
