Job description
- Manage and oversee the work of the Inside Sales Representative's team
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs
- Help generate Sales Qualified Leads- Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports, and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Closely work with the marketing team to help improve the quality of incoming MQL- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
- 15+ years of previous working experience, 5+ Years of experience as an ISD
- US geography experience is a must
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach and growth the team
- Someone who has experience in building an Inside sales engine from scratch
- Build a success story for yourself by building and growing the team
