Responsibilities

1. Teaching and Training :

   • You ll be responsible for instructing and training a dynamic group of students.
     
   • Your focus will be on various techniques and dance styles including IndoWestern fusion.
     
   • Ensure that all students are engaged motivated and inspired to achieve their goals in their chosen area of dance.
     

2. Curriculum Development :

   • Develop dance curriculums and prepare lesson plans.
     
   • Tailor your teaching approach to accommodate different skill levels and learning styles.
     

3. Communication and Engagement :

   • Communicate effectively with a diverse group of teachers and students.
     
   • Encourage and motivate students to achieve their dance goals.
     

4. Performance Preparation :

   • Choreograph routines for recitals concerts and performances.
     
   • Select appropriate music for these events.
     

5. Teaching Formats :

   • Conduct both group and private lessons as required.
     
   • Create a fun and creative environment for learning.
     

6. Continuous Learning :

   • Stay uptodate in your discipline and implement any changes to dance routines and curriculum as needed.
     

Requirements :

• Bachelor s degree in dance or a qualification from an accredited college.
  
• Previous teaching experience is essential.
  
• Excellent communication skills .
  
• Be energetic driven creative and dependable .

Salary Range : 25k to 30k
