Responsibilities:
1. **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**: Work closely with hiring managers to comprehensively understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role.

2. **Candidate Sourcing and Screening**: Utilize innovative methods to source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring the identification of top technical talent. Employ various channels such as networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.

3. **Full Recruitment Lifecycle**: Drive the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding. Ensure a seamless and efficient process while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

4. **Cross-functional Partnership**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate a smooth recruitment process and alignment between hiring needs and organizational goals.

5. **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously enhance sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

Requirements:
1. **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a foundational understanding of recruitment principles and practices.

2. **Proven Experience**: Demonstrated success as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, with a deep understanding of technical skills and requirements. Previous experience in sourcing and attracting top technical talent in competitive markets is essential.

3. **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.

4. **Self-motivation and Results Orientation**: Possess a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes and outcomes.

5. **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred, enabling efficient management of candidate data and recruitment workflows.
