Job Title : IT Operations ManagerLocation : Mumbai -off BKC road Position Type : Full-timePosition Overview : We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager with a proven track record in overseeing server management, backup solutions, storage infrastructure, and cloud platforms (specifically AWS). The ideal candidate will also possess expertise in managing Office 365, Google workspace environments and leading effective technical support teams. This role requires a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a hands-on professional with at least 7 years of experience in IT operations.Responsibilities :1. Server & Network Management :- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of server & network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.- Manage server & network configurations, updates, and troubleshooting to meet business requirements.2. Backup and Recovery :- Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions to safeguard critical data.- Develop and test backup strategies to ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures.3. Storage Infrastructure :- Lead the management of storage systems, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and high availability.- Evaluate and implement storage solutions to meet the organization's growing data requirements.4. Cloud Platform Expertise (AWS) :- Manage and optimize cloud environments, particularly AWS, for both infrastructure and application workloads.- Implement best practices for cost management, security, and scalability in cloud deployments.5. Office 365 & Google workspace Administration :- Oversee the administration and support of Office 365, Google workspace.- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and user support for Office 365, Google Workspace applications.6. Technical Support Management :- Lead and mentor a technical support team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely issue resolution.- Develop and implement support processes, including ticketing systems and knowledge base management.7. Security and Compliance :- Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain security best practices across server, storage, and cloud environments.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in IT operations.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on server, network, backup, storage, cloud (AWS), and tech support management.- Proven experience in designing and managing server, network and storage infrastructures.- Expertise in implementing and managing backup and recovery solutions.- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and best practices.- Experience in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing technical support teams.- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified- Modern Desktop Administrator, or others are preferred.
