Job description

We are looking for Vice President Sales & Marketing for a large Pharma company HQ: Mumbai.

The candidate should be stable with the Pharma company, should be well versed with General segments KOLs / Drs.

The candidate should possess the following:

• He should have a proven sales track record, should be highly innovative in Marketing, with good experience of leading the Sales Team and will be working with close coordination with the H.O. & should be able to follow-up with the team for strategy implementations.
• The candidate should be able to critically analyse the prescription growth, consumer behaviour, field strengths to drive the team to build brands successfully and should aggressively Monitor.
• He will be accountable for P&L accounts and should be matured to balance the sales.
• He should have a good hold with KOLs / Drs. across India.
