We are #hiring a 'HR manager' for our client MSGEN Technologies (

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for streamlining and implementing HR Programs and policies as required by the Management and to manage every aspect of employee development and relations
- Main responsibility involves heading and managing recruitment and Staffing, Talent Management, attrition, Performance Management, Organization Development, Branch Offices, administration and Training and development
- Develop, refine and fine tune effective methods or tools for selection, to ensure the right people with the desired level of competence are brought into the organization and are promoted
- Responsible for handling branch HR activities, ensuring harmonious employee relations
- Handle employee grievance matters at HO and sites and resolve the issues as mandates
- Responsible for formulating effective strategies to curb attrition in sites as well as branch offices
- Ensure a motivational climate in the organization, including adequate opportunities career growth and development
- Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the Company's policies and procedure as well as relevant legislation
- Plan for employee's performance appraisal, job evaluation development
- Responsible for liaising with legal and compliance offices and resolve any disputes that may arise, amicably
- Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies, general duty of care
- Initiative for employee engagement program and boost employee morale
- Prepare and design training schedule for all the technical departments
- Submit weekly schedule and monthly MIS report of HR department to the management
- Process of statutory payments PF and ESI of employees, contractors
- Recording all transactions in HRIS tool for new hires, creating, maintaining & updating of Employee record
- Handling Timesheets (on-site employees), Attendance, Payroll and Leave Management
- Responsible for conducting exit interviews of separated staff and analyze the trend for employees leaving the company
- Conducting & coordinating of Employee Engagement programs among internal teams
- Taking care of Birthdays & Work Anniversary celebrations, Award ceremonies, Office celebrations, etc.
- Any other functions assigned as per the management requirements
- Set KPI,KRA of employees and have to take WMR accordingly
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
