Paracoat is a prominent Tier 1 manufacturer of automotive components in India, specializing in NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) products. With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we serve a diverse client base. We are currently looking for a dedicated Plant Coordinator to join our team at the Bhiwadi Plant, Rajasthan, and work closely with the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to ensure the seamless fulfillment of orders.
Job Description:
The Plant Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Bhiwadi Plant and serves as a liaison between various plant departments and the CRM. This role involves coordination, communication, and collaboration to meet client order requirements promptly and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Coordination:
  - Work closely with the CRM to understand client order requirements and timelines.
  - Coordinate with all plant departments, including production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure the smooth processing of orders.
2. Production Schedule Management:
  - Collaborate with the production team to prioritize orders based on client requirements and delivery deadlines.
  - Monitor the production schedule to ensure on-time completion of orders.
3. Quality Control:
  - Facilitate communication between the quality control department and the CRM to address any quality-related concerns.
  - Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely resolution of quality issues.
4. Inventory Management:
  - Maintain inventory levels and track the availability of raw materials and finished products.
  - Communicate inventory status to the CRM to assist in order planning.
5. Communication and Reporting:
  - Provide regular updates to the CRM on the status of orders, including progress and potential delays.
  - Act as a point of contact for the CRM regarding any plant-related queries or issues.
6. Process Improvement:
  - Identify opportunities for process improvement within the plant to enhance efficiency and order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in plant coordination, production planning, or a related role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes is a plus.
