Job description
# Conduct inspections for in-house and vendor fabrication equipment.
# Guide and train in-house engineers to ensure high-quality standards.
# Improve internal systems and enhance the overall quality of inspections
# Inspect OEM/Bought out suppliers' facilities prior to dispatch.
# Interface with client representatives and third-party inspectors during the inspection process.
# Prepare Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) for clients and approve/examine QAPs submitted by vendors.
# Qualify welding procedures and welders, conducting in-depth inspections of welding quality.
# Ensure final documentation and certification of components for dispatch.
# Assess and develop vendors, maintaining documentation and compliance with ISO 9001.
# Foster and promote a quality culture on the shop floor and with vendors.
