Job description
The Infrastructure Transformation PM will be responsible for the planning, estimating, analysis, and engineering of infrastructure improvements for Infrastructure services. He/she must provide communication to team members and client sponsors. Key requirements Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Project management of IT infra datacenter build/cloud migration/ transformation projects Good experience in Merger/demerger engagement Effective project delivery based on the defined SOW Excellent skills on project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira & Office products Work with technical team and develop the executable plan Good understanding of IT infra and cloud eco systems Co-ordinate with Application consultants for forming transformation move groups Plan the migration/build activities and present to stakeholders for approval Ensures delivery of Infrastructure migration/build in accordance with project guidelines. Ensures all standards are adhered to throughout project execution. Manages contracts associated with program or initiative. Ensures infrastructure designs are capable of meeting business critical application SLAs, recovery CTQs, and managed services requirements. Reviews infrastructure-related designs and implementation documents with required stake holders and take sign off. Ensures the execution of short-term preventative actions. Defines infrastructure requirements and infrastructure project plans to address known gaps and identified risks. Collaborates with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management for testing. Ensures smooth handover to Managed services team. Maintains industry knowledge related to technology trends in information technology areas. Should have worked with customers across multiple industries such as Energy utility, Lift sciences , Manufacturing & High tech Awareness to various industry standards such as HIPPA , GDPR , NIST etc . Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. Brings strong influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree · PMP certified · Excellent skill on Microsoft Project , Excel, PowerPoint · Awareness of devOps, lean and Six sigma · Any technical certification on AWS, Azure, DevOps will be added advantageJob tags
