Roles & Responsibilities

1. Branding and Positioning of Treebo in their respective regional markets. Responsible for doing market research on growth potential of the territory and creating the expansion plan for the same. 2. Have good knowledge of contracting for real estate specifically hotels and understand nuances related to lock-ins, fraud penalties, legal recourse etc. 3. Advance negotiation skills are essential for performing well in the role 4. Have an eye for identifying and implementing industry best practices for business growth 5. Ensure cross functional support by working together with operations and sales team to ascertain partner alignment at all levels 6. Coaching regional supply expansion teams on various aspects of sourcing, preliminary discussions, negotiations, deal closures. 7. Provides leadership, direction, and support to the continued execution of strategic Initiatives taken by the central growth teams

Experience and skill requirement: 1. At least 5 yrs of experience in business development/new acquisition in real estate, hospitality, retail etc. 2. Preferably from commercial leasing and franchising background 3. Exceptional geographical knowledge and personal network with landlords, owners and developers. 4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability and confidence to have difficult conversations with utmost ease 6. Gold standard value system - someone who can uphold the highest degree of ethics and values 7. Willingness to travel extensively within the region 8. Understanding of Google Workspace 9. Having sound understanding of the P&L, cost and budget 10. Strategic partner management skills and engagement
