Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Management Specialist located in Kolkata metropolitan area. Roles & responsibilities will be:

• Designing KRA/KPI, JD across the organization and ensure it to handover to the employee on the joining day.
• Organize PMS sessions across the organization
• Driving the PIP, action for new joiners, quarterly level plan, performance review of probationers
• Analyzing functional & locational report card (Balance score card)
• Design PMS policy
• Monitoring employees half yearly/annual performance and time closure of annual performance appraisal process.

Qualifications

• MBA (Full time) with 8 to 12 years industrial experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably cement)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptionally good in excel, power point & power BI
• Comfortable to travel across North-East as per organizational requirement or PMS calendar.
