Hiring for Commercial Executive
Position: – Store Executive
Qualification: – B. Com / M. Com with SAP
Experience: – Min 5 of experiences with commercial & systematic approach for Materials, handled various areas of, vendor development, operational, Raw material procurement.
Salary Budget: - 4.00 LPA
Required Skill: Store, Purchase, Dispatch
Job responsibilities:
Checking payment status & follow-up for Vendors payment
Making GRN for materials & services
Prepare supporting worksheet for PO as per Rate contract / Agreement
Aware SCM function. Aware dispatching process of finish goods.
Making PR an SAP & Manual
PR creation with account assignment, details cost allocation for PO (materials & services)
Getting PO from Centralize SCM dept/ PO creation team
Prepare detail BOQ for PO as per Rate contract / Agreement
Taking approvals for Capital investments/ Capex material & projects
Follow up of ordered - material & receiving as per PO
Aware of preparation of sale invoice.
Aware about FY budgeting of Capex & Opex cost projects.
Data preparation of Budget Vs actuals.
Budget allocation and tracking Quarterly.
Provide details for capitalization ( date, timesheet, cost details )

Checking all Tax & Comm. Invoices
Taking Cenvat (Excisable goods) credit in SAP-
Taking Sales return with Cenvat credit.
Making a Sale invoice for Material Dispatch.(Tax & Comm.)
Dispatching FG, Monthly FG Stock Verification
Material send for job work through challan 57 F4 .
Material Receiving & Checking
Handling all materials Store Process.
Making GRN , Material Inventory submission to AC dept.
Maintaining RAW MATERIAL as FIFO system
Updating Raw Material data.
