We are currently seeking a talented inside sales executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once the leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and arrange meetings with the business's decision-makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them. This role will be working in our office.
Your Role: - Identify and qualify new customers in SEA, India, Middle East and Africa region
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling
- Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations in the CRM system
- Understand the customer needs and provide them with information on our products
- Able to work with transnational teams across time zones
- Work with Channel partners to provide commercial information and follow-up for lead closure
Your Background:
- Demonstrated ability to work with a sales team to support them in closing business, achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 5-7 years' industry experience of sales/inside sales in Unified communications/Voice and Telephony solutions
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
- Mandatory knowledge of English with excellent speaking, writing, and reading skills
- Knowledge of Unified Communications/VOIP/Telecom basics essentials with relevant experience is a must
- Should have existing network and business relationship with partners, channels, customers in the Unified communications industry for the regions above
- Having strong ethical operating principles that are demonstrated by our behaviors
