We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Vice President in the Sales Division at Bhutani Infra. As the Vice President, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

Eligibility Criteria:
MBA degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field - .Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
- .Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- .Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- .Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- .Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
